Finca El Injerto from Huehuetenango has become the most expensive coffee in the world, selling at a record US$ 80.20 per pound.

Record prices per country:

 Country  Price USD Country
 Guatemala  $80.20  2008
 El Salvador  $20.10  2008
 Nicaragua  18.55  2008
 Costa Rica  $15.10  2008
 Bolivia  $21.10  2007
Honduras  $18.70  2007
 Colombia  $19.20  2007
 Brasil  $13.20  2006
