Best Eyelash Primer

Being every girl’s girl is as fulfilling and tough as you can imagine. Despite enjoying the all natural look, I also enjoy putting on makeup. However, there are instances where I am pressed for time. Given a choice between putting on eye makeup and pumping up my lips, I actually enjoy doing my eyes. This is because it highlights my features more. One of my most favorite eye makeup is the eyelash primer because it keeps my lashes parted, which highlights it more.

I tested three eyelash primers to know which one was the best in terms of performance and which one lasts longer on the lashes.

L’Oreal Paris Cosmetics Voluminous Primer Mascara, Primer, 0.24 Fluid Ounce

L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Primer Mascara, Primer, 0.24 fl. oz.

The first eyelash primer on the list makes your lashes longer and thicker in an instant. It is a must-have for every young adult’s make up kit because of its cheap price and high-quality performance. It was a great pair for my mascara, but there were times when clumps were formed. This is why it is important to apply it thoroughly to ensure that the primer has set first before you apply the mascara to avoid the forming of clumps. However, it is important that the primer is not too dry because it can turn flaky. This may take forever to dry, which can make it tricky to use. You may find it tricky to apply it smoothly, which can cause trouble during application. The important thing to remember when using this eyelash primer is to make sure that you dry it well and apply the right consistency before you apply the mascara.

Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow

Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow 110, 0.44 Fluid Ounce

Another affordable eyelash primer that helps highlight your lashes is the Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow 110, 0.44 Fluid Ounce. It keeps your lashes looking natural as it is able to separate them using clear mascara that minimizes the clumps that are common with regular mascaras. It was smooth and easy to apply, too. Moreover, it allowed me to perfect the no-makeup look because it looks extremely natural. It also gave me the best value for the money because it is affordable, but it performs well. My brows are also neatly in place with the use of this clear mascara. This is why there was no doubt that this eyelash primer is now making its way to my makeup staples.

Organic Castor Oil – 100% Certified Pure Cold Pressed, Hexane free by Baebody

Organic Castor Oil - 100% Certified Pure Cold Pressed, Hexane free - Boost Growth For Eyelashes, Hair, Eyebrows, Face and Skin - with Treatment Applicator Kit, 1oz (30ml)

The final eyelash primer works best for those who are looking for an organic and natural treatment to thicken their eyelashes. The 100% Certified Pure Cold Pressed, Hexane free by Baebody keeps your lashes healthy. There are two applicator brushes of different sizes, which make it perfect for your upper and lower eyelash. This primer will not only thicken your lashes, but it will also keep it moisturized to promote a healthier growth. The growth may not as noticeable as one would think, but it thickened up my eyelashes after months of use. It was also tricky to apply because it was quite sticky. The oil used to make this eyelash primer came from the Palma Christi Plant, which promotes healthy hair growth. Since this is an organic eyelash primer, it uses no fillers, harmful fragrance, dyes, or parabens. Moreover, it is also environmentally friendly because it was never tested on animals, unlike other cosmetics.

Conclusion

Now that we have tested three eyelash primers, there was definitely one that I like the best. Despite being a L’Oreal girl, I found the Maybelline New York Great Lash Clear Mascara for Lash and Brow better for my lashes. It made my lashes natural looking and it was actually cheaper. I couldn’t be any happier with the results because I now have a new clear mascara to add to my makeup staples. Whenever I am in a makeup shop, I would not even give this mascara a second look. After having sufficient money to buy myself some nice makeup, I didn’t think that a cheaper model can outperform expensive options.

We hope that our review has also helped you find the best eyelash primer for your use.
